  • Staging sets your home apart from those that are not staged. When clients walk into a staged home, they remember your home with its details and finer points.  Prospective buyers are able to see themselves living in a staged home. Homes that sell are homes where a buyer makes a personal connection with a home.  They are actually able to visualize themselves living there.  This attachment is made within the first three minutes of viewing a home.  Remember, the first impression of your home is the one that the buyer will carry with him when he leaves to see the next home that is for sale.

The Staging Consultation...

We will complete a walk through, from the curb and through every room and space in the home during the consultation.  The homeowner will be given an eight page checklist on which to make notes as to what improvements will be necessary before placing the home on the market.  These improvements might consist of painting, replacing the carpet, or something as simple as replacing the cabinet knobs.  An accredited stager looks at the home through the eyes of a prospective buyer.  The details that come from staging a home result in more money in the pocket of the seller and realtor.  A staging consultation is usually about three hours.

For a staging consultation a flat fee of $300. is charged.
If a much smaller condo or an empty space is being viewed, a discount will be applied toward the lesser amount of time needed.

Real Estate Staging...

After all the staging repairs are completed, Staging Works will return to the property and maximize the space and add visual appeal to every room. Your property should be staged before a realtor receives the listing and you both agree on a listing price. It’s really important to have your home staged before photos are taken of it for any applications and especially before the agent’s caravan.

Half day of staging is $395.00
Whole day is $750.00

  
  

Investing money in a house that you will be selling may not seem too smart to some people. But, statistically a much higher value is placed on a “move in ready home” than the “fix up a few items house”.  Buyers see a staged home as one that is appealing to their emotions and ready to move into.  Staged homes very seldom receive low ball offers.
